Idea:The idea for this deck was to (ab)use Shaman of the Pack with the help of flicker effects. So Green and Black where set from the beginning as colours but the third one I would have to add for flicker-spells was a realinteresting one. One the one hand blue has spells like Essence Flux and Ghostly Flicker while white offers Cloudshift and Eerie Interlude. White also has Rally the Ancestors which can help against mass-removal while blue offers more control spells. The sideboard is a maybe board and also includes the white cards mentioned above. Cardpool:Like many players I first looked into magic with Eight Edition/ Mirrodin tough I didn't start to seriously play and collect until Innistrad. My cardpool is limited and ,though I did discover many new cards from blocks I didn't even know, my focus lies on modern legality. Thus modern-legal cards only where used to build this deck, though it doesn't mean I'm not open to other suggestions.Price before adding special lands: 35$ (Mid value, 2018-07-11)Tests:This deck exists only on this site and thus has never been played and tested. Regardless I'm open to all suggestions and ideas that may help to further improve this deck.
The main goal of this deck is to get some elves out and then to play Shaman of the Pack. Essence Flux, Ghostly Flicker and Wren's Run Packmaster then can be used to re-use the Shaman or any other good creature with an enter-the-battlefield effect: Dwynen's Elite provides you with more tokens while Elvish Visionary and Sylvan Messenger will let you draw cards. If a creature gets removed then Mimic Vat can be used to re-use it over and over again.
