Why is unholy grotto side decked? It is killer with a messenger. I would suggest some draw cards like Grave Defiler or Graveborn Muse (you can sac her easy but it looks like you have some lifegain built in). I also think that Gempalm Polluter trumps Shepherd of Rot. In addition, Korlash, Heir to the Blackblade is NEVER a bad thing in a mono black zom deck, especially comboed with Unholy Grotto. Take a look at my zom deck, it does similar things for a similar price.
