That's why I've got 3x Linessa, Zephyr Mage. I can return my fallen permanents to my hand and play them again and again. And I can also play another Linessa to bring back my fallen Linessa cards.

Good cards, But Rimescale Dragon is red, and effects my creatures also. The point of having Rimefeather Owl is make my non-snow-permanents snow-permanents. Cover of winter is good, but again, a different colour. Like Vampire Hexmage though, is good.
I don't have silvergill adept because I don't have enough merfolk to make the single draw worth it. Like lord of atlantis, but the deck is about destroying your opponents library. Spreading Seas is a good idea, but Stormtide Leviathan makes all lands islands.
If the deck is based around enchantments, why not have Naturilise in there to save some mana?

A good deck, but using Demonic Tutor instead of Diabolic Tutor would save you mana.
A good deck, but maybe a few more weak creatures to block attackers with.
A good deck for the challenge, but if you put some cards in that can return other cards to your hand or to play, this deck would be even better.
A good deck, but did you consider using cards such as Scatter the Seeds or Sprout, or using Savage Thallid. Also using black in your deck would allow you to have Deathspore Thallid, very usefull against lots of weak creatures.

While it is a well constructed deck, I believe it could do with a few more lands.
