Switch out the relics for something more useful imo. Darksteel Axe, probably. Still indestructible, cheap, and you can put Lich's phylactery on those if you want.. (just as easily as you could the Citadels).

That would also buff your Lichs, or even your Darksteel Myr if you were so inclined.

I like it though.. very similar to something I wanted to do.

Burning Inquiry - no, because I don't want to be throwing away my cards as well.

Spiteful Vision I like, but I'm not sure what I would take out to fit it in. Maybe Go for the Throat. Something to think on, anyway.

The mana curve here is pretty heavy, and 8 of the 20 land you have come into play tapped. This deck seems like it would be very slow to get moving because of that, and leave you vulnerable the first few turns (if not several).

I would suggest maybe switching out those lands to lands that won't make you wait to use them, or maybe switching out the darksteel myr to ones that you can tap for mana gain. (I know that would mess with your darksteel theme a little though :P)

Anyway, I like it!

If this wasn't so buttrape expensive to put together I'd be all over it. It looks sick as hell. :P I only have 1 Obliterator and 1 Sheoldred though.

Very nice!

You are exactly right, actually.

I meant to put Scepter of Fugue in here and forgot. The Specter you're thinking of is Hypnotic Specter, and the only reason he's not in right now is that he is $2 a pop and I haven't got any. I'll go ahead and make the changes now to reflect it anyway as I do intend to pick them up when I can.

Thanks for the comment, and the sound advice!

I like the idea, I added them into the sideboard for now because I will probably want to switch them in now and then. As for the Caress', I did a little moving around and added 2 more to put a total of 4 in.
