Deck Description

Sometimes you just gotta take it slow, you know?

This is a Budget Deck (BD for short). It is meant primarily for casual play, and its estimated mid value is aimed to land between 10 and 20 US dollars at most. Take this detail into consideration when browsing the deck!

I mostly use MTG Vault for my own private projects nowadays, but feel free to comment or request a deck of your choice. I've loved the Vault so far, and I like that they are still improving on it, as well as I am improving on my English language skills.

So, if you like what you see, consider checking out some of my other budget-y work from the link below.

How to Play

Now this is a weird one.

I have no idea whether this deck can actually win a game even in casual environments, but feel free to experiment on the idea. This deck's main wincon is Approach of the Second Sun, but other cards such as Decimator Web (which is a total chad by the way) can prove out to be useful if the game drags on.

You can easily hold down enemy creatures with Wing Shards, Dusk // Dawn and Slaughter the Strong. Use Dawn Charm to both keep your creatures safe and yourself safe from milling, etc.

If you try this deck out, I suggest doing so in a multiplayer free-for-all environment. This way you'll likely have more time to pull out your Approach, as well as negotiate with other players using effects like Flumph and Secret Rendezvous.

Deck discussion for BD: Patient Progress

Always nice to see some casual decks that aren't just beatdown. I'd probably maindeck in some Disenchants or perhaps Cathar Commando in favor of Dawn Charms, having those responses would help against many decks.
..And if I ever lose to someone's Decimator Web, I'll offer them a drink and kneel out of respect!
