Life is a party!The Rakdos Cult offers you some delightful ways to decimate enemies. Almost all the cards of the deck are either meant to deal damage or fetch you more damage, meaning your opponents will shortly run out of hit points.- Footlight Fiend, Spear Spewer and Tin-Street Dodger are annoying early game creatures that are especially handy at dealing damage to your opponent's face. Use them to enable your Spectacle-abilities!- Running out of fuel? Try casting Light Up the Stage or Dead Revels!- Not impressed with the deck? The sideboard can offer clever solutions to different scenarios!

Yeah, as soon as I saw the little guy, I knew he would fit just fine in a casual Rakdos deck!I'm glad to hear you like the deck!
I feel like in any other set where he didn't have the synergy with Rakdos that he does, it would probably just be 1 damage to your opponent.
