This is probably the weirdest way to utilize Rakdos, Lord of Riots: rakdos control (with especially Flash-subtheme)!Get them "flashy-boys" going! As soon as Rakdos is on the field, every single one of your flash-dudes is far cheaper to play provided your opponents have beaten each other during their turn. Utilize Goad and similar effects to achieve this!Statistics, pros and cons.
