Inspired by Jessie.Jessie wanted me to try his two-mana challenge: to create a deck with using only cards with 2 CMC. I created this Izzet deck. Say what you think about it!This deck slings some spells at your opponent. Burn spells, some bouncing and countering and even bit of a tapping spells and card draw.

Nice deck! The only potential issue I see is lack of draw since you'll burn out quickly (maybe add Dangerous Wager/Accumulated Knowledge?)Other cards you might want to consider:1. Comet Storm (CMC 2, with X cost)2. Grapeshot (since you'll be casting lots of spells, I think it might fit)3. Magma Jet (burn & scry)4. Punishing Fire (a great sideboard against lifegain)5. Satyr Firedancer (a great card in burn decks)6. Skullcrack (another great card against lifegain)But great deck for great value otherwise!

Nice a few things I would suggest though mana drain is great at countering spells and mana ramp, also now that I think of it time walk is also a great card
Time Walk is restricted and banned. Not to mention about 900 bucks! Mana Drain is 200 bucks and also restricted/banned.
