Hey northy, do you think you could finish off the starter budget decks? You got half of the guilds finished, but the other half have been ignored. I managed to get another friend into magic, and he was looking at a u/g deck so do you think you could finish off the starter decks for me and my friend?

I'm allowed to create guild starter decks with no restrictions? It seems like this year Christmas came early.Which guilds I have to create? It seems at least Simic, but if you can list them up here, I guess I can get working.
