Cruel Ultimatum might be one of my favorite arts in Mtg, i love it. Great concept , only thing id recommend changing is goblin mancer man, he is a great card but only 2 of your instants/sorceries have (1) cost in them, i think you could find a much better replacement for him..otherwise another great deck :) im trying to make a decent budget standard deck now with agent of the fates cuz hes the James Bond of Mtg. lemme know what you think :Dhttp://www.mtgvault.com/soldier333/decks/fates-agent-fates/
