This Dimir Control deck (ab)uses your opponent's graveyard in order to win the game. Counterspells and kill-spells make sure that your opponent's graveyard is filled soon.-Pilfered Plans is another card to boost up your opponent's graveyard.-Memory Plunder, Gruesome Encore and Wight of Precinct Six make sure that your opponent doesn't want his/her graveyard to be filled. But who did ask their permission anyway?

Bile Blight is pretty good...It has deserved its place in sideboard.
Very nice work in keeping within a budget! I will probably build a deck off of this model because I don't have a Dimir colored deck yet and I don't want to spend a lot of money on MTG right before the release of a new set :)
