This was pretty good, but I have another challenge for you now..... all artifact deck, no colored mana, no eldrazi (they are expensive anyways) and bonus points if you can base it around charge counters.

Nice deck! I'd love to play with or against it! However, I would definitely have to add at least 2 Elephant Graveyard cards. That's my one suggestion. Maybe even Doubling Season instead of Parallel Lives?
Doubling Season is far away from budget. But Elephant Graveyards...How much are they worth of? Maybe single copy?
