I had to try this out. People always speak about Esper control decks, and I had to make budget version of LITERAL ESPER CONTROL deck. It seems okay in my opinion.Control the battlefield with annoying spells, like Esper Charm, Dispense Justice and Into the Roil. Late game artifacts like Darksteel Juggernaut, Psychosis Crawler and Staff of Nin will provide you with the powerful effects that will make games easier.

Otherwise, yeah. But Shahrazad costs at least 50 bucks...And you know that I'm not so much into non-budget decks... Don't get me wrong. I would like to help, but I just suck making priceful decks. They are just bad. I'm sorry.
