Gotta say, I've been seeing your budget decks come up all the time recently, and I love it. Magic can be a very expensive game, so I think it's very cool you've thrown together all these affordable options. So, I put you in my 20 followed users list. Keep up the good work man =]

I'm lovin' it! I feel so special like a muse! I'm not sure if you would be interested (having not put it in), but Metamorphosis could go with your heavier cost cards, too. Turn 3 Flash your Hulk and use the Metamorphosis mana to play Gutter Grime. I like this one though, it's has a huge replay value - which is nice to get from cheap decks.
But, how I can do that? Metamorphosis is sorcery. I can't sacrifice Hulk with it if I don't pay all of its mana cost.
This one looks sweet. One question: why are there only 3 Flash cards, woudn't 4 make more sense?
First of all, Flash is pretty priceful. Secondly, you easily get at least one of those Flashes with Divination, Elvish Visionary or Kaho.
Worldspine Wurm might be a fun addition if you can go a little over price point lol.
