Deck Description

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MtG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)

How to Play

This deck is based on your graveyard, which is filled with...
...no, not with creatures...
...instants and sorceries!

Faithless Looting is one of the most important cards in this deck, since it can fill your graveyard with nice flashbacks.
Grasp of Phantoms and Silent Departure are the game-slowing cards, since you aim for the long-game.
Burning Vengeance is the winning-card of this deck, since it helps you hurt your opponent again, and again, and again. Remember to get it as soon as possible!
Increasing Vengeance is awesome while cast from a graveyard!

Deck discussion for Budget Decks: Flashback

the flashbacks are way too expensive, some of the cards are so bad that they arent very usable.

Thank god we have Electromancers... You know that they reduce even flashback costs?

still...some of the spells, (if 1 goblin is out on the field) are 4+ or even 6-7
wich is soo much in todays meta.
a simple cheaper aggro deck would eat this for breakfast

You are right. You are right.
If this is too slow for you, maybe add some Rolling Temblors?

i really love burning vengeance, and i've tried more than once to build a proper deck with it!
You can check my decks list to see those decks, but in the end i was never able to build a decent one!
I guess my best attempts with it are these decks:
http://www.mtgvault.com/chevanton19/decks/chandras-vengeance-2/
http://www.mtgvault.com/chevanton19/decks/vengeful/

Cards i would consider are:
- desperate ravings
- geistflame
- think twice

Bye
