I would add vraska the unseen as it would be about 5 dollars more and still under 20 dollars and its a good planeswalker
I have always thought that when I create decks like this, the players may choose themselves to add some priceful cards like Vraska.
After seeing some of your decks, thanks for doing this! Also I reckon its good to buy a cheap deck, then over time, buy more expensive cards
