Another possibility is using those buff-up guys with unblockable sorceries and stuff XD- Artful Dodge/Distortion Strike/Ghostform/Veil of Secrecy + Assault Strobe/Psychotic Fury + other low-cost buff spells :)

Capsize is soooo good in pauper. Game winning, in fact. I'd suggest it over Into the Roil, but I can see the argument against it.
