Nice, cheap dragon deck!My suggestions are: replacing Ranger with Elvish Mystic (1 drop for essentially the same mana ramp), replacing Scourge with Moltensteel Dragon (cheaper, and Scourge won't do that much damage since most of your dragons are mid-to-late game), replacing Slaughtermaster with Dragon Hatchling (same mana cost, still a dragon XD)

I don't like Hatchling. It is weak without mana. And I seriously love Scourge. Scourge, my own little bun! :3...And, I think that I keep Sylvan Rangers too. I need other colors than green too.Still, thank you for suggestions.
