Inspired by magicmaster13.magicmaster wanted me to create mono-colored deck using only cards from core sets. I chose to make mono-blue.This deck attempts to control the game with Sleeps, Unsummons, Mana Leaks and big late-game creatures.

A nice challenge and a nice answer for it XDSome suggestions:1. This deck seems to be a little heavy on the late-game dealers. I would sideboard some of them out, and place smaller CMC cards. Some cards that can fit well in this deck are: Ponder/Preordain, and Zephyr Sprite2. Unsummon is nice, but works only on creatures. Maybe replace it with Disperse?3. Other great sideboard cards include: Encrust, Frost Breath, and Downpour.

I think the late gamers are the only game finishers, so I'm not going to take many of them out.Disperse is okay idea too, though I love old good Unsummon...
