Let me tell you.-Your starting hand must be: -4x or 3x Ornithopters, Phyrexian Walkers and/or Memnites. -2x or 1x Elite Vanguards and/or Suntail Hawks. (There must total of 5 creatures.) -1x Plains -1x Quest for the Holy relicStart the game by playing Plains and Quest for the Holy Relic. Then play all creatures from your hand that you can.On your second turn, cast Elite Vanguards and/or Suntail Hawks. If you have all the five counters on your Quest for the Holy Relic, attack with ALL OF YOUR CREATURES THAT ARE ABLE TO ATTACK. (Including Phyrexian Walkers and Ornithopters.)Then, if any of your creatures get through, quickly sacrifice Quest for the Holy Relic in attempt to seek Elbrus from your library, attach it to any unblocked creature, then laugh maniac laugh.Congratulations. You have 13/13 flying, trample, intimidate demon on your second turn.If you somehow fail in attempt to use your Elbrus-techinque, don't feel sad. You still have a chance of victory with this equipment-deck!

I would replace Suntail Hawk with Glint Hawk since it could potentially add more quest counters to your Quest.

Actually, that's a good idea.
I really like how well this base translates into a non budget deck as well. It's nice to see a budget deck that someone could also build on without having to start spending much, much more.

Have a look at Judge's Familiar to replace Suntail Hawk, its only $0.10 more and leagues better

I know it it's kind of minor, but how about 4x Gitaxian Probe ? it increases your chance to get the combo going for just 2 life :DPS: Love the deck!!

Opinions:Drop all the other equipment except fireshrieker. Drop the enchantments.+4 Gitaxian probes, +4 Signal Pest, +2 Glint Hawk, +1 Memnite, +2 Judge's FamiliarIf you insist on other wincons drop the Vanguard add in Trepanation Blade, Pennon Blade, or Ogre's Cleaver.
No. This is supposed to be an equipment deck, with alternative 13/13 winning condition. -So, equipments are here to stay.
I would add 1 more elbrus just incase you draw it opening hand
I'm not sure... It's already over the budget and after all, it is just an alternative victory condition.
