nnefarox is just a card you want to make work

I really hope the next time they bring back exalted they reprint knight of glory/infamy, these cards were both power houses and standard playable.

On that note sweet deck, I would try to go up to 3x arbiter, I am just having a hard time seeing what to take out.

Yeah, Arbiter is so good that guess I could fit the third one.

I like the Knights! Protection rocks.
Duskmantle Prowler could work in this deck. But I am thinking Nefarox is a better version of him. :)

Even something cheap like fencing ace or along those lines could be good and get out of hand pretty quick.

And Arbiter and Angelic Benediction, very sound choices there!

Northy, you mind checking out one more of my decks, when you get a chance?
It is 23 dollars...so it is sorta budget, which you specialize in.

You have 700 decks made...but I wonder if you have one done like that?

Sublime Archangel. This deck needs at least one of her, even if it is budget, to make a true power exalted deck.

THIS IS MY FAV EXALTED DECK. havent seen many since they left standard. i think phyresis and tainted strike could make for some quick wins

Thank you!
Using infect is pretty good idea, though I think it is a bit risky, since I must kill my opponent with one hit then. Otherwise the effect will wear off (if it is Tainted Strike) or they will kill my infect-creature (if it is enchanted with Phyresis).
But I must consider about that. That's not too bad idea.

Your use of Silent Arbiter is evil!! Awesome work, as always.

Thanks!
Silent Arbiter is almost like made for Exalted! Though it came many, many years before Exalted...

Why not a full play set of Cathedral of War?

0

Reason 1: They cost 1.5 buck per copy.
(I know, I know... This deck costs only 16.1 bucks. But I don't like to push my limits.)

Reason 2: They produce only colorless mana. That can be annoying in multi-colored decks.

Reason 3: They enter the battlefield tapped.

That was still not a bad suggestion. Thank you for it.

oh completely missed that sorry xD, exalted was my second favorite playstyle in magic (that I had actually been able to build) so this deck just brings back good memories.

Yep, they were the bomb, back in the day!! Remember an old Inquest Magazine I had...where they ranked the best cards that moved up and the best cards that moved down (in sales)...and EVERYONE wanted Nantuko Shade! It was a very heavy played/bought card. The specific Inquest Magazine, that I remember, had it as the #1 sought after card in all of Magic. Thanks for the flashback, guys!

I like what you've done with the place, Warlord.

Mortify is such a mean card, but that Angelic Benediction w/tap ability tho...so damn ruthless.

I made a version of the b/w Exalted a while back: here's mine

Maybe add in a few sigiled paladins in exchange for something else? Maybe high priest?

0
Posted 19 September 2014 at 19:21

The only problem is that the Paladins cost two white mana, while also the High Priests can be deadly while buffed up by exalted: they can wreck blockers and explode things into thin air at the same time!

0

Oh yeah, I guess that is true. I just felt that first strike can do the same thing while also being on a bigger body! Maybe if you where running the curve a little harder towards white. I personally like paladin, but I totally see where you are coming from. Maybe it could be a card for other people copying the deck to think about when they build it.

1

Definitely. Smart thinking.

0

When I ran a W/B exalted eck I had Silverblade Paladin in it, double strike is always nice to add but you have to worry about that 2 White mana in the casting cost. But I had success using him.

your deck kind of gets ripped apart by spot removal, maybe a mask of avacyn or swiftfoot boots?

0

Not too bad idea. Luckily we have a lot of room in our little sideboard!

Meekstone would work well with angelic benediction and maybe castle in the side board.
