Deck Description

This is only one half of the duel deck. Below is link to the another:

Are you bored? Does Magic: The Gathering feel old and vapid? Got any useless bucks in your bank account? Ladies and Gentlemen, I have solution.
Use your bank account on nearest MtG marketplace website and buy some cheap cards, craft a deck, and challenge your friends! To double the fun, ask your friend to create such a deck too!
The Budget Decks -series is meant for your free time! These are meant to inspire you, and deck's value is meant to be low! (Between 10 and 20 bucks.)

Notice to the commentors:
This is a DUEL DECK. That means it is mostly meant to face the other side of it. Try to understand that the card in the deck picture is the "boss-card" of the deck, and like in every duel deck, there is supposed to be only one of those cards.
I also do not like editing duel decks afterwards.

How to Play

Hah! Those pacifist philosopher allies will have no match to your mighty ally troops!
Stomp 'em all underfoot!
Attack early and aggressively with this half of duel deck. Try to finish off the other side before they get too much creatures and other cards in your way.

Deck discussion for Budget Duel: Rivaling Allies

Very cool indeed! How about a one or two of the Archetype of Aggression. Gives trample to your dudes and takes it from your opponents dudes.

Since the other half does not run any trample, how about Colossal Might?

But I want to run two of them here.

Hmmm, I also thought the boss was an odd choice in this case. I would almost make the Kazuul the boss, add in another harabaz druid. I think this deck could probably use the mana acceleration to race out the other (seemingly better late game) deck. Love this idea, though! I especially love playing Ally decks.

Maybe you two are right. Making changes.

In general I feel like it's a relatively inconsequential change for most times you'll play this deck, and from strictly a flavor perspective it feels better to have the boss be really powerful, not a utility card. Again, though, great work on these two dueling decks. They look like a ton of fun to play!

Nice Idea, i like the thought of a rivalry between the different ally clans! have you given any thought to Prey Upon?

Should I replace Pit Fights with them?

maybe 2 or 3, the instant speed is not that important, but the one mana might be if you don't want to give them a turn to untap/respond to your big dude

Love the use of the ally subtype. That alone really holds this deck together. I may buy this one with a few tweaks of my own. Nice work!
