May I suggest a Wheel of Fate?
Wheel of Fate, Wheel & Deal, & Reforge the Soul alone are enough to deal lethal Commander damage w/ Nekusar on the BF. Add in as many other draw spells as you can find, cards that punish your opponent(s) for discarding, Lim-Dul's Vault & regular tutors, Rooftop Storm, counter spells, zombies...w/ a few exceptions, surprisingly affordable, & makes for a really fun deck.
OR maybe you don't like that so much...?
By the way, only combat damage is count as commander damage.
