Yes, oh yes! Let IT BURNOn another note, a great card to put in the deck would be Satyr Firedancer. Not sure if it'll fit in the budget though :)

North, could you check out my deck "nap time"? It's standard mono blue and budget friendly (currently $15). Any advice would be appreciated. If you've seen the spoilers for the new edh decks, dualcaster mage would be a fun card for this deck.

Nooooooooooooooo..., but then again, look at tnn. Both cmc 3. Both have = point spread of p/t (3/1) vs (2/2) =4. Both have usable abilities (though I do think that dm will see more of multi-player games). Guess I better save up some money.

Fire Servant is not included in this deck because it is a bit slow card in a burn deck. Also easily removable.Searing Blood on the other hand... going to add it.

I really like how you included Guttersnipe, which I think is a good card in this deck. Maybe Lava Spike would be a good addition if you want a sorcery similar to Lightning Bolt.
