It's great! Standard cards, control spells, draw power, few creatures with evasion...The only thing I don't like is Treasure Cruise, especially because it might be counterproductive with Chimera, one of the main attackers in this deck. Maybe replace it with Divination/Weave Fate?
smelt is better then shatter
Shatter is standard. Smelt is not. That's why Shatter is here.
