Just so you know, if you were to use those cards in a deck, (Exquisit Blood and Sanguine Bond) you would actually lose because that is an illegal move. You can't have loops like that in Magic. That's ehy both are not standard. Just trying to help. :)

It puts in more Scute Mob's or Primeval Titan's to you can ramp up the Vinelasher's

Vessel of Endless Rest? or Curse of Blood Letting?
