Love deck idea!
I find it unnessecary to have zombie cards like Diregraf Colossus or Endless Ranks of the Dead here, i would perosnaly add more cheap creatures for the begening of game that could be sacrificed later instead.

OK, Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre still has that ability, but it is much better now.

Do you know, you can play just Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger with your Entomb/Animate Dead combo, because another creatures in you deck hav "if would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, reveal it and shuffle it into its owner's library instead"?

I think Dire Tactics would be better than Final Payment.

No, because Phalanx Tactics says "each other creature" and Agend of the Fates must be a target (there must be "target" in the spell text) to activate its ability. (please excuse my English)

Maybe Fabled Hero 4 times, Phalanx Leader 4 times, Killian, Ink Duelist 3 times and Agent of the Fates 3 times?

I think Muktol is right Nether Traitor is really cool. I agree also with cards you should remove. And Tragic Slip I would add 2x (Bone Shards -2x).

If you want budget version of this deck just discard Iroas and Gisela and add sideboard cards ;)

It has lower price when you discard Iroas or Gisela (maybe both), but these are cool cards so...

I think you should discard, maybe Golgari Thug and Call of the Death-Dweller. And add Nether Traitor 4 times, Vengeful Strangler 2 times and Abyssal Persecutor 2 times.
