Or add at least some extorts like Blind Obedience (amazing card) check out this deck and it might spark a few more ideas.

and snapcaster mages would make it unplayable? Its a two drop that you could bounce any spell from graveyard with flashback.... have no counters in hand and a massive spell coming your way? Snapcaster for 2 and Render Silent for 3 more. Not that big of a deal to fend off especially considering they can't cast any more spells after Render Silent resolves. Just my opinion. Snapcasters really do add a bit of control.

no Snapcasters...? My suggestion.... add Snapcaster Mages and Restoration Angels.

my sideboard is always changing, I love Rhonx Faithmender as well (not listed) and the dual lands are in the works I just am waiting on them. Oblivion ring might work really well and I don't know why I over looked that one. Detention sphere is an iffy card, great idea though, but I'm trying to keep the mana cost as cheap as possible. But like mentioned before... the deck did come in third, just trying to make a few tweaks so that it stays as a hard competitor. :D

I'm debating about that. I haven't faced that problem yet, but I'm actually contemplating that idea right now. Anything else?

Because Delver is a small creature that doesn't do much once it morphs? And what happens if Quirion never comes out?

I'm having a really hard time grasping the point of your deck....

In response to DedWards, my general is Szadek, Lord of Secrets (I honestly thought I uploaded him, but didn't). As far as milling goes... Surprisingly I've pulled it off before. I do have a combo in which I can mill a full on EDH deck by turn 7. I don't have the cards in here yet as they are still being shipped by here are a few combos that have made heads turn:
Traumatize + Keeningstone (mill half deck then mill for as many cards are in graveyard... instant full mill)
Junktroller + Tunnel Vision (take one card and shove it on the bottom... since its an EDH deck, they'll only have one copy.... mill for that card)
Sadistic Sacrament + Mind Funeral, Mind Grind, or Trepanation Blade (eliminate 13 lands, then mill for 13 lands.... chances are it'll mill most of their deck, or with T blade attack each turn to keep milling)

I have been playing milling for roughly 10 years.... its my specialty. So, I figured I'd step into the unknown and see if I can pull off an EDH deck. My type 2 standard deck that I use for milling is also up on this site as well. The link is below. Usually I do pull off the mill in EDH mainly because no one ever sees it coming. Milling EDH is rare, and a challenge, and its a challenge worth it if you can pull it off :D

A few things have been changed, for example Fog Banks have been added as well as Invisible Stalkers. Any feed backs would be great.

Aberration with Trepanation Blade is what I love doing, for starts if Aberration can get out by turn 5-6 (providing I'm not dead yet) typically I would have milled a few things. Add Trep blade and not only does it buff up Aberration, but it also sends more cards to the graveyard, meaning it buffs up more.

Actually, once the creature leaves play the Cipher ability is no longer encoded. Unless I read your post wrong....

Well standard Boros decks are my main problem and that's mainly what EVERYONE plays at the place I go with the exception of one who play a Naya deck (which still focuses on Boros) and a mono red (that plays like a Boros). Taking out the Spys is actually a great idea, the Keyrune is an iffy idea, but I'm thinking about that one. I think adding Hands of Binding could be really fun. Tapping Boros Reckoner, or stopping it by any means is always a great idea.

I actually have a dimir deck that I will upload later today. But for starts, here's a sick combo I've used.... Invisible Stalker + Trepanation Blade

@Jack Miton, I'm confused about your post. Was it a reply to my deck idea or Justin's?

The other idea I though of is maybe adding a couple Avaycn, Angel of Hopes.

Soul Tithe is weird come to think of it, and the Skirmishers were put in because the last creature was Simic Manipulator and apparently people didn't think that was smart either. Maybe I will take out Skirmisher, the Gyre Sages, and take out the Soul Tithe and put 4 Blind Obedience in and 4 Fogs.

That's a start... my next question.... what if you can't attack me, literally. Look up my deck "Anti-Creature Aggro" deck. Drop Stormtide then what? Lol. Just giving you different scenarios.

I would take Thragtusk out, I don't see a point to have him in the deck. Replace with counters. Maybe take those three out and the Cloudshifts out, you want ways to stall in case things aren't working in your favor.
