I'd seriously take out the maindeck naturalizes..
I think the idea behind this deck is sheer genius, but the execution seems a little off to me. Maindeck Naturalize seems odd to me, I guess it depends on your meta. Then, the sideboard looks mostly like placeholders. Sideboard should be ways to improve your deck against certain strategies; cards meant to 'hate out' opponents. This is where you have stuff like Naturalize, Relic of Progenitus, Shrivel, etc. Instead of Fog, go with Moment's Peace or Tangle, both of those and nearly always better. In the maindeck, I would change the lands a little. 4x Jungle Hollow and 1 or 2 Bojuka Bogs can go a long way. Other cards to consider are Undying Evil and Supernatural Stamina; these can get you even more mileage out of your Persist creatures. Some other cards to consider might by Servant of the Scale and Young Wolf, both of which mess around with dying and +1/+1 counters.
I really like it, however you might want to switch burst of strength with Hunger of the Howlpack. Put that in the main deck and put Naturalize in the sideboard.
