Deck discussion for Esper Delver - Modern

First thing that leapt out at me was that 17 targets for Delver seems light. That's less than a 33% chance on each upkeep, meaning Delver's gunna sit as a weenie on average for at least 2 upkeeps.

Thought Scour would probably go a long way in here. Helps with Snap, Drown, Teferi, and Typhoon. I like it over Opt in builds like this.

I also think there may be a few too many win conditions in this build. Lots of walkers, Delvers, Typhoon, Borrower, and the weenie brigade of 'i control and swing on a stick' fellas. Maybe consider cutting that number down a bit and throwing in more instants/sorceries? Would help with Delver and speed things up. Basically what I'm advocating for is relying on the double nature of half your critters as control and/or win cons (Borrower in particular is such a delight).

There's also always the extra colored triome, such as Raugrin Triome as a fourth color, fetchable, never-bad-topdeck card that helps with Prismatic Ending.

Just some thoughts, not hating on the build.
