Deck Description

This deck has no purpose of winning - it's not for the guy who sits on the table calmly and plays. It's for the guy who stands up and turns the table, mixes the cards and scrambles them with his hands.

The objective here is to play with the opponent's lands. Reality Twist and Naked Singularity change the mana they produce, while Shimmer gives them Phasing. But, then again, you need to deal with their non-basic lands. I thought of including Blood Moon, but the mana base is already way too screwed up. Wasteland and Rishadan Port may not be able to hold everything off.

The deck doesn't have a win condition. You can add/suggest one. Currently, the deck is meant to be solely annoying.

EDIT: Added Extraplanar Lens; Heidar, Rimewind Master; and Boomerang.

Deck discussion for Scrambled Egg

Isnt it amazing how Ice Age prints two cards that are practically the same.... From the same set that brought us Necropotence and Illusions of Grandeur brings these two disasters.

I like the idea, im all for the different and strategic, but cumulative upkeep is horrific. That said, you might find it easier to run Extraplanar Lens to help fuel some mana to pay it.

OR

Implement Boomerang and/or Vedalken Mastermind. You could return Naked or Reality back to your hand at your opponents EoT, avoid the upkeep and their drawbacks, and then just play it again at the end if your main phase. Ebony Owl Netsuke or Black Vise could then become a kill condition.

If you get a chance, i welcome any feedback you can offer to my B/W land destruction deck ( http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=177406 ). However, if that deck doesn't suit your tastes, feel free to click on my name to see my complete deck list. Thanks!

Except i just rmembered you wouldnt be able to use Boomerang or the Mastermind unless you splashed in some mountains since one of the two turns islands into red mana. Though, making that work souldnt be too hard.

Thank you for your feedback!

I hate cumulative upkeep more than I can deal with. That's why I put basically everything that could help me, but then what helps me also has cumulative upkeep costs. How terrible can that be. Anyway, your idea of returning stuff to my hand is excellent, I'll implement it. Heidar, Rimewind Master could do the job safely - but, then again, guy's a Legend and I sort of dislike Legends. Still, neat idea.

And I don't know if I really want a kill condition right now - but Black Vise/Ebony Owl Netsuke indeed would work.

This is hilarious. Not to mention I'm the guy who likes to mess with the board. Over and Over and Over. I did at one point build a deck around Grip of Chaos and piles and piles of burn. Russian roulette anyone?

I doubt anyone else will post in the challenge, but if they do, yours will be pretty hard to beat.
