The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

A fun mono blue mill deck I've been modifying for years, the intro of fraying sanity has made it incredibly satisfying.

Drop visions from beyond.Stream of thought provides you with the card advantage you want and mills at the same time.It can be cast early to mill 4, and later to mill 8.

Thats a neat card, didnt know about it so thank you. However it doesnt help as much as visions does due to sphinx's triggering off draw.
At this moment rdw is heavily present and monocolored. What happens when you start meeting threecolored decks?
Fair enough however being that the power behind milling in this deck is drawing which is a universal good thing to have, it allows for a good amount of passive milling and visions works perfectly to fill that in. Three color decks are definitely more rare so it doesnt quite make sense to me as a greater substitute, However that being said it would definitely go in my sideboard (Which I haven't made for any of my decks because I find them harder to make than the actual deck). So thank you for the suggestion!
