Not to be that guy, but your Commander is colorless, so doesn't that then preclude using blue creatures, spells, etc...?

It's technically considered a blue commander because of it's abilities. The blue is officially in it's color identity, so it could not be a colorless commander.

No problem! Color identity can be tricky. Basically, whatever colors show up anywhere on the card are in the color identity. A great example would be Alesha, Who Smiles at Death. She only cost red mana to cast, but has black and white in her abilities, so she's a three color commander.
I'm surprised to see no Trinketmage in here to fetch out sol ring, voltaic key, and mana vault.I like running a higher land concentration in my Memnarch EDH, especially since your curve tops at 4-drops.Other than that this looks solid.
