I like your aim. Burning Inquiry and Waste Not is a nice interesting synergy/combo. It's complicated and different to most more 'normal' decks so I'm 100% about what you can do but I'll give it a shot.You could add some green mana sources just in case you needed to cast Vengevine from your hand. If this was the case Jund Panorama would be more appropriate than Esper.Additionally, you could have a look at some other more interesting/powerful Delve cards instead Gurmag Angler. Sibsig Muckdraggers or Soulflayer (just for haste). Even Tasigur could be strong with that extra green mana.Anyway, just some thoughts. Nice deck. I enjoy the synergistic possibilities +1
