I think there's a good chance that feathers is a her, rather than a him.Almost all Angel's in magic are female.

Yeah that makes sense I’ll change that
I was a little in doubt about it, so I read up upon it. Turns out that way back, magic had also male angels, then almost all of them became female until the Egyptian set. Theres supposed to be a conspiracy about why ;)
