Well, try adding Exquisite Blood to the deck. It could work well in here.

Well, for starters, Lava Axe is kinda expensive for what it does, and Shock is a little weak. Try taking either some or all of them out and consider using Flame Slash. After all, if you get rid of their creatures, damaging the player will be easier.
Also, if he attacks a lot, and with large amounts of creatures, I suggest Firefist Striker and Bomber corps, just to get some extra damage through.
With the amount of Instants and Sorceries in here, you could add a Guttersnipe or 2, just for fun!

For Life Gain, you may want to consider Recumbent Bliss. It is very similar t Pacifism, but you gain 1 life at the beginning of your upkeep. It may be useful to you.
And if you are playing a bit of Flying, look at Victory's Herald.

So. Where is the Fog?

The 1/1 with Double Strike is Fencing Ace, and once boosted up rediculously, is is extremely good.

If you can get out the Mana for it, Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts is very good, especially if you enchant it with Gift of Orzhova.
If you want to add it, try putting in Diabolic Tutors to help you get it out.

Vampire Nighthawk, Spike Jester and Fiend Hunter could all work well in here.

And so I have made it. Feel free to continue, or restart, the battle on there.

You may want to look into specific cards from Orzhov, Azorius and Dimir if you like using the Guilds.
