All Will Be One.This is meant to be more of a control style of deck, from Phyrexia: All Will Be One, based around the Proliferate mechanic. While this deck lacks Oil counter cards, it should kill very quickly through Poison Counters.While I do describe this deck as mono-blue, Venser is in here partly due to fluff/lore reasons, involving him and Jin-Gitaxias, he also does provide a nice blocker every now and again!
Play out a Prologue to Phyresis as soon as you can, in order to set a poison counter onto your opponent, then stall while you activate all the Proliferate abilities you can until your opponent reaches 10 Poison counters.
