Maybe you could put some counter spells in the sideboard just in case of removal and burn spells? But apart from that this looks really cool!

Well I found using white helpful with my one back in the day. Things that prevent combat damage like safe passage also protect your filibuster counters and making your Elocutors inderstructable would just be the fulliest thing!

But yeah keep it mainly blue better control that way right :D

Things that give you extra turn also double your counters so that could be fun too.......

Hmm that is worth considering. I am bit put off by its high mana cost though I mean Snapcaster Mage can do the same thing for a lot less mana. But I will give it a shot if i can get my hands on a few copies of that card :)
