The star card is Flameblade Adept. Bomat Courier and Fateful Showdown work directly with that plan of attack. The draw cards, which a natural advantage to any deck, also serve to keep your hand full making the discarding effect on Flameblade that much greater. The other 1-mana creatures run with the same theme as Flameblade in that they are difficult to stop when attacking. Hence the instant power up cards, giving small creatures the ability to hit hard.
