Sol Ring is banned in Modern and Legacy, yo. To get these suckers out fast, you should use 4 Cloudpost, 4 Vesuva, 4 Glimmerpost. Really stacks up your mana pool.
If you want a fast win, get Goblin Chieftain or Goblin King and ditch the Meekstone.

How exactly does this said combo work?
Well, the memnite's and ornithopter's are good to use with Snap to generate even more spells.
For mill, Jace's Erasure helps out Jace's Archivist pretty well.
Keep Surgical Extraction in your sideboard for combo-based decks. Replace Mana Leak with good old-fashioned Counterspell, If you have the funds, you could get Darkslick Shores too, to improve your chances with mana. Preordain is good too, for controlling your draws, but mostly you need to be able to get out your Lords, so some Diabolic Tutor would be great.
More myr! They are fast and produce a lot of mana. Also, consider putting an something that allows you to draw more cards, so that you can keep pumping out hordes of little suckers. Is this a Standard deck?
just use taunting elf, it's much faster to get out than prized unicorn, and has nasically the same effects.
just as a very small adjustment, you could switch out blinding mage with Gideon's Lawkeeper, for one less mana.
There are some pretty crazy combos that you can pull using Thopter Foundry and Sword of the Meek, if you are looking for a thopter-themed deck.
