The idea is to lock the game, fill up hands, do damage accordingly, while slowely draining those libraries. Stasis locks the untep step but has an upkeep cost, which you can compensate for by playing instants by returning (tapped) islands back to your hand. Slow and steady, 's all good, all you have to endure is the wailing of your failing enemies. Winter Orb will make your opponents curse your name and heritage, especially if you can time that Rescue or Chain of Vapour perfectly and reset your everything. Reliquary Tower is there just in case you can't find that freaking Ebony Owl in time. Be that guy.
