Well I'd rather not give my opponent the choice that Vectis Dominator offers. I'd rather force them to tap their creatures.

For Repel the Darkness: could be usefull, but 3 mana is a little too high for what it does in my opinion.
and Sunblast Angel is pretty expensive ;) and it could Also kill my creatures (Rathi Trapper/Royal Assassin when they are tapped).

And I won't ad white just for those cards ;).

So true

well I'm not an expert (far from it). I Started playing magic a couple of months ago so I'm still learning the art of playing Magic ;). But I think I'm getting better, so if anyone want to give me some tips on my decks in my profile go ahead.

Hm I'm sorry but I really don't like passive decks :)
I think wheenie should be pretty aggressive

If you want life gain deck take a look at these cards for example: Spirit loop, Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Knight of Meadowgrain, Boon Reflection, Rest for the Weary, Angel's Feather, and so on

I'm wondering. What makes this deck a wheenie deck except for Elspeth?

You have some elements of a life gain deck in this deck. Either concentrate on life gain and the abilities of e.g. ajani's pridemate in an active way by adding more cards that actively gives you life or lose the life gain philosophie and concentrate on the wheenie part.
