Well, shit. Too bad I can't fly half way across the planet for a game of 40K

If I didn't have legality restrictions OR other vintage/legacy cards, he would be in here in a heartbeat

I do actually have it in the SB but forgot to add it on here I would run Breaking // Entering if it didn't violate the rare limit. Paranoid Delusions also works great with the deck with Deathcult Rogue. While Mind Funeral can be good, I can get more out of Paranoid overall

Yeah. It does. As for the strata, I wouldn't know. It was the guy's first time playing and the list was made by someone else

Of course! While I can't use it all the time, it is always enough to get my creatures through

Melees are there in case the Electromancers are killed. Also, it is possible to hit them after casting Worldfire if I use the Electromancers and Melees

Wouldn't know. I'd imagine not because the deck works similar to a normal control deck

Agreed with the Nighthowlers and Consuming Aberrations.
If you go with those, then add some Rogue's Passage, 2/3 max. They are absolute Dreadnoughts in standard mill, and a land that makes them unblockable is just plain annoying

I haven't given him the deck yet, but I have been doing some play testing and it works pretty well. I still need to get a Lost in a Labyrinth and 2 Latch Seeker before I'll give it to him
You do have a point with the creature hate though. It is rare that I have to truely deal with something other than pesky creatures. And when I do, I just instinctively use counterspells for them.

This deck probably use a bit more mill though. Some games it is hard to get Jace's Phantasm buffed
As for the Cipher, it was in there for the rare instance of a creature hitting them as an added bonus, in a way a taste of some of MTG's various abilities. Since they were the only spares and there are really only 6 creatures that hit my opponent, I didn't think that I needed many

Looks good but I can't use Rares or Mythics
The rules say that I can only use Commons and Uncommons

I would but I can't use rares, only Commons and Uncommons
But it does sound like a good combo

Targaryen.

Also, with the amount of R mana symbols in your deck, dual lands are a nessecity
