Looking for some help with this one. I have based this around card advantage and control magic. Thinking cryptic command, pact of negation and silence should be in here somewhere.

Nope.
Then how about this:Dissolve is strictly better than Cancel. I'd probably run Faerie Trickery over it, too.Proteus Staff is a great way to turn a used-up Snapcaster or not-accomplishing-anything-against-a-Voltron-deck Silent Arbiter into something much better, and it will let you reorder 3/4 of your deck with that few creatures.
