Jeskai Ascendancy, Retraction Helix, Tormod's Crypt, Altar of the Brood.

Jeskai Ascendancy allows creatures to untap if a non creature spell is cast. It also allows you to draw a card and discard a card when that spell is cast.
Retraction Helix gives target creature the ability to tap and return a permanent to your hand until end of turn.
Tormod's Crypt is a zero cost artifact
Altar of the Brood forces your opponent to place the top card of their library in their graveyard when a permenant enters the battlefield.

Cast Jeskai Ascendancy, then Retraction Helix on any of your creatures. Play Tormod's Crypt for zero mana, untap your creatures, draw a card then return Tormod's Crypt to your hand with the creature that was targeted by Retraction Helix. Repeat this until you find Altar of te Brood. Cast Altar of te Brood and start the process over targeting your opponent until his deck has been milled. Then pass turn.

The other cards in the deck simply allow you to get through your deck as quickly as possible to get needed cards for the combo.

Yeah, I can't claim this deck as my own. I just wanted to share it and I'm looking forward to playing it for the rest of the week until Fate Reforged comes out.
