Deck Description

My First Elf Deck (and first deck in general). I would really love some feedback! The goal of the deck was for it to be exciting, as there are several different ways to win. It was also meant to be fairly cheap so please don't suggest $10 cards.

Thank you and I hope you like it!

How to Play

Ezuri, Jagged-Scar Archers, Joraga Warcaller, Elvish Promenade and Nissa Revane are your game winners. Cards like Revival and Asceicism are used to protect these cards. Joraga Treespeaker and Llanowar elves are used to get your key creatures out sooner. Elvish Archdruid not only provides mana, but also upgrades your elves. Mul Daya Channellers can control the game early while you set up bigger combos. There are several combos within the deck, each usually revolving around Joraga Warcaller, Elvish Archdruid, Elvish Promengade, Ezuri Renegade Leader, Immaculate Magistrate and Soul of the Harvest.

Deck discussion for Elf Deck V.1 (Feedback Please)

Looks fairly good as is, just can't see why Leatherback Baloth and Plated Slagwurm are in here, they don't seem to add to the theme of the deck. I'd rather see cards like Drove of Elves and / or Elvish Promenade.

Thanks for the tip! I've got rid of the Leatherback's and added the cards you suggested. I've kept the wurms as a big creature to end the game if all goes wrong.

Once again thanks for the feedback, it's most appreciated!

Being perfectly honest, you already have Asceticism, so I would remove the Drove of Elves and the Plated Slagwurm in favor of 4 Immaculate Magistrates. I would also remove the Nissa's Chosen in favor of Some Fyndhorn Elves and/or some Wellwishers. If nothing it will help balance the averages of the overall converted mana cost. Not to mention with the Immaculate Magistrate, your Joraga Warcallers will be that much more effective. Also you can use Nissa Revane to focus on life gain rather than searching for elves that will come much more easily.

Ok not bad but needs a bit of work. Here's what I'd do.

Remove:
Soul of the Harvest x4
Joraga Treespeaker x4
Elvish Mystic x2
Jagged-scar Archers x2
Lignify x3
Noxious Revival x3

Add:
Imperious Perfect x4
Elvish champion x4
Rhys the redeemed x2
Immaculate magistrate x2
Revive x2
Elvish Promenade x2
Nissa Revane x1
Wirewood lodge x1

Hope this is useful to you. I'm not saying do this instead, it's just what I'd do.

Thanks so much for the super detailed advice!
I've added 2 Imperious Perfects, 2 immaculate magistrates and 2 revives. I'm also thinking about adding some Wirewood Lodges.

I really liked Rhys the Redeemed, but I though $11 was just too expensive. Same goes for another Nissa. I'm trying to keep the deck around the $50 dollar mark (on low price).

Thanks again for taking the time to giving me so much to work with. I was not aware of all the cards you suggested and I feel they have really improved my deck.

Seems to have very nice synergy with +1/+! from creatures to elves. I also like the all the regenerates that this deck provides. Very nice deck :)
