The deck can be fairly aggressive, as you have the capacity to both murder small creatures, and get a lot of value out of swinging out every turn. Forerunner of the Empire gives a lot of staying power. Tutoring up specific dinosaurs is already a strong ability, and the ability to ping all of your creatures for enrage triggers without relying on your opponent's blocking gives you good options against board stalls. This is also the only deck I can think of where Samut the Tested feels strong, so there's that.
