Mana Curve starts way too high. Even if you could garuntee a land every turn till 4, you'd be dead by then, as most people would realize to team up on you before you actually become remotely threatening.Also, so little red you might as well make it mono-white. Splashing a color with taplands isnt worth it for only 3 cards.
