You might try adding kor duelist. He seems to be the best white "equipment matters" creature that is cheap.

I feel that Jace, Memory Adept and his 0 ability is a much better win condition for this deck instead of elspeth, knight-errant. With howling mine on the field, you can generally win in about 3 turns with a jace on board. Plus, he has naturally high starting loyalty, and can help you through card advantage if necessary.I sort of like the name "Fog, the Crashing Wave."
