I had a dream where I made a deck that was able to pump out a bunch of the planeswalker abilities, and thus this deck was born.
Everything is focused to hold off the enemy while you get the planeswalkers and combo ready. Mycosynth Lattice, March of the Machines, Experiment Kraj, and any planeswalker and it is pretty much over, as Experiment Kraj will be able to use the planeswalker abilities with no loyalty counter cost, though not as powerful as the combo was before the rules were changed. It used to be that they could fire them off as much as they want for free, but now the once per turn rule is attached to the ability and not the planeswalker. But still, Kraj will be able to fire one of the ultimate planeswalker abilities EVERY TURN.Thrive can be used either to easily put the +1/+1 counters on all the planeswalkers who became creatures, so Kraj can use their abilities, or to make your creatures stronger for either defense or attack.Tamiyo and Gilder Bairn is an excelent way to double the hell out of loyalty counters and +1/+1 counters. Tezzeret to easily bring the Lattice into play, Diabolic Tutor can also be used to ensure you have the cards you need. And of course, Dark Ritual to speed the whole thing up.

You ought to drop the gates and use buddy and shock lands. Amulet of vigor if you don't want to is a card you'll want to add. You may also want to consider inexorable tide.
